  • What size are the containers?

    Our storage containers are Standard ISO shipping containers and measure:
    8ft (2.43m) wide, 8.5ft (2.59m) high and 20ft (6.06m) long

  • Do i need my own padlock?

    For piece of mind, when you hire a storage container, we will supply a maximum strength padlock. We do ask for a deposit of £100 for the padlock to cover their high-value. You will receive this deposit back in full after your storage period is complete

  • What is the minimum storage term?

    Our minimum self-storage period is 1 month and costs £120 per month (plus one-off refundable deposit on the padlock).

  • Will my items get damp or wet?

    Our storage containers are ultra-modern 10-vented containers. This allows air to be circulated inside the container to help prevent condensation.

  • Are my items insured when in storage?

    We do not provide any insurance cover for items kept in storage. Depending on whether your contents insurance covers items in storage, you will need to speak with your insurer to check whether your items are covered under your own insurance.

  • Can anyone gain access to my container?

    No, the container will only be accessible from the individual who rents the container.
